On October 14, 2021, ECP signed the Engineering Charter for Gender Equality during the Meet’Ingé event organised by Syntec-Ingénierie.
Alongside the other major players in the engineering sector, we are committed to:

✔️ Promote a personal & professional life balance for all.
✔️ Encourage access to management positions for women, by developing upward mobility.
Attracting and keeping our Talents is our daily business, changing mentalities and increasing the number of women in engineering are our challenges. We are therefore joining forces with Syntec-Ingénierie to translate and represent our commitments!
