We gather more than 600 collaborators specialized in project management for a business volume of more than 50M€.
The great majority of our customers are large accounts which undertake technically complex large-scale projects involving large investments.
Our teams contribute to the success of major projects in sectors that serve the future and the general interest: Energy transition, Transportation infrastructure, Defense, Health and life sciences …
ECP is committed to the implementation of appropriate solutions and the production of high quality results with its subsidiary ECP Digital Services. Our main objective is to increase our clients’ project management maturity.
Our subsidiary ECP Digital Services, with more than 100 employees, is the European leader in the integration of project management tools. Our software partners, Planisware, Oracle, Broadcom, Microsoft, Hexagon… support us in this development.
Our organization is designed to offer our customers a range of personalized, integrated and innovative services that will enable them to optimize the management of their projects throughout their life cycle.
Our teams master a very broad spectrum of project management disciplines (costs, deadlines, risks, contracts, quality, information, interfaces, etc.), which constitutes a real asset in terms of added value for our clients and development potential for our employees.

Value-based management, Artificial Intelligence, multidimensional planning, integration of data science… these are all areas in which we mobilize our experts, PhD students, work-study students and interns.
Every year we recruit and welcome more than 150 new employees, a third of whom are co-opted.
We have a well-balanced workforce with an average age of about 35 years and over 40% women.
Thanks to our Training School, specialized in the various project management software tools, we are constantly increasing the expertise of our employees.
Our Graduate program accelerates the careers of high potentials. Thus, 80% of our managers come from the field.
