Focus on the SNCF platform in Marseille

The planning team set up in January 2020 for the SNCF Réseau branch is made up of three consultants.

It works more particularly in a transversal way for two SNCF Réseau departments: the PACA Project Agency (Project Management) and the PRI of Marseille (Studies). However, it is also in regular contact with other entities such as INFRAPÔLE (Maintenance and Works), the MOAs and the Axes Pilots. The missions entrusted are varied and complex and the relationship of trust established with our client is conducive to reflection in order to find the best solutions and achieve the objectives set. The scope continues to widen towards activities with high added value in the improvement of performance and project monitoring: study planning; work planning; space-time planning; 4D planning; user training in the SCIFORMA-PSNEXT planning software; management charts; load plans for Project Agency and PRI Studies.
