For this client we have been responsible for managing a portfolio of projects for four years (2017-2020).
Among other things, we worked on the ticketing automation system for the entire network in Denmark and the Netherlands.
Our various services can be broken down as follows :
- Management and construction of new work packages in terms of resources, deadlines, budgets and types of activities: milestones or project activity tasks.
- Analysis of expenditure, committed and received orders, project risks.
- Creating, planning and managing workload plans with batch managers and project managers.
- Updating of existing work packages and verification of the PBS, OBS, WBS and Planning structure in relation to the project managers’ vision of short and medium-term activities.
- Financial reporting to the management controllers, supervision of the consistency of the figures and fortnightly monitoring of the progress of the project actions.
- Monthly monitoring of costs / deadlines / resources with the Oracle Primavera P6 too.
