Primavera post-deployment support in Bucharest

Amira first took charge of the post-deployment support of the solution, then the post-deployment coaching of the different users.

The first phase was in March 2019. Our collaborator ensured the verification of the data, the answer to the queries, the explanation of the specifications and the analysis of the problems encountered. She then made a second visit to Bucharest in May to explain the update and reporting processes to the Romanian teams in charge of financial management and planning. A phase of analysis of the different reports and gaps was carried out in order to verify the compliance with the Core Model requirements.

This mission was particularly appreciated by our consultant who had the opportunity to discover Bucharest first under the snow, then under the May sun! She could not resist a visit to the historic centre of the city where the Parliament Palace and the Arc de Triomphe proudly stand.
