Since 2016, ECP Digital Services has been providing expertise in the administration of Planisware, the PPM solution chosen by the company for its financial management.
Up to six consultants have intervened or are intervening on various missions of requirements gathering, corrective maintenance and user support. They deliver configuration services and develop new functionalities on the MyWorks application. They take charge of versioning and testing.
They provide training for the 730 or so users worldwide, and set up the reference documentation to guarantee traceability. They also carry out project performance studies.
By developing customised global views and user-friendly interfaces on planning, costs and deliverables, our consultants provide our client with decision support levers.
The solution also allows projects to be scored and the results obtained to be evaluated using budgetary progress indicators. The management of project portfolios is also highlighted and widely used in the context of cost consolidation. Finally, the application supports all human costs by collecting time spent from different regions of the world, which facilitates the capacity management of our client’s resources.
