On the 25th of June, PragmaRisk and ECP held a Risk Management webinar.
This interactive presentation was born from a real-life experience and was well attended by our clients:
In order to inform decision making, risks must inevitably be linked to the planning and costs of a project.
By focusing on the quantitative part of risk management, our experts answered the following question:

The webinar was broken down into several themes:
